Civil Engineer

We are looking for a qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join Geospatial, Subsea, LiDAR & Digital Twin Solutions | Geosoft Global growing operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering civil engineering activities across survey, infrastructure, and geospatial projects — ensuring full compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements. This role requires strong field and technical capability, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions on time and to specification.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised institution. Diploma candidates with strong field engineering and infrastructure project experience may also be considered. A valid Saudi Council of Engineering (SCE) license is mandatory. Experience in survey, geospatial, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Professional Skills

• Strong proficiency in civil engineering principles, site supervision, and project execution in compliance with Saudi and international standards
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering documentation tools
• Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk assessment
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory frameworks, HSE requirements, and site safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and survey deliverables
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of geospatial, survey, and BIM workflows is an advantage
• Ability to collaborate with survey, BIM, GIS, and engineering teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise and monitor site activities in compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to support smooth project execution across KSA operations
• Prepare accurate technical reports, project documentation, and daily progress updates in a timely manner
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and risk assessment to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective delivery
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, survey data, and technical documents to support field execution
• Liaise with client representatives and project stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, quality, and delivery milestones
• Support geospatial and survey teams with civil engineering inputs for infrastructure, topographic, and industrial projects
• Maintain organised project records, site documentation, and revision history throughout the project lifecycle.
