Job Description

The Role

As Engineering Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of Faena Wadi Safar’s technical operations—ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and spaces function seamlessly while supporting the property’s aesthetic, safety, and operational ambitions.

You will work closely with the Director and Manager of Engineering to coordinate projects, track progress, and maintain operational rhythm—transforming technical complexity into clarity and efficiency.

What You Will Create

Operational Harmony

• Coordinate daily engineering activities, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical requests—ensuring that every system hums with precision and reliability.

Pre-Opening Readiness

• Support pre-opening projects by tracking timelines, liaising with contractors, and monitoring installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems—helping the opening unfold with confidence and grace.

A Bridge Between Teams

• Serve as the central point of communication between Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and other departments—ensuring alignment, accountability, and clarity.

Attention to Detail as Ritual

• Maintain records, documentation, and reporting with meticulous care—turning compliance, logs, and checklists into trusted tools rather than burdens.

Learning and Growth

• Develop technical knowledge, operational understanding, and leadership presence—supporting the growth of Saudi National talent within the engineering division.

Performance with Presence

• Ensure that technical excellence supports Faena’s guest experience, operational rhythm, and safety standards without ever overshadowing the artistry, warmth, or human dimension of the hotel.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• A Saudi National with experience in engineering coordination, facilities, or technical operations—ideally within luxury hospitality or large-scale mixed-use developments.

• Highly organized, precise, and process-oriented, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable collaborating across multiple stakeholders, balancing operational demands with technical clarity.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Passionate about operational excellence and committed to delivering reliability, safety, and quality with discretion and care.
