Our company is looking for a Surveyor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the team during negotiations, arbitration or any other forms of dispute resolution;
  • Negotiating contracts with the contractor in partnership with the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate;
  • Assist in conducting viability studies and cost estimates;
  • Prepare quantity take-off and provide cost estimates cost planning purposes for additional works and variation proposals;
  • Undertake joint measurements with the Contractor for interim payments;
  • Preparing and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreement with the Client and Contractor as necessary;
  • Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation;
  • Validate the Contractor’s interim payment applications of work in progress and materials on site.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Willing to be assigned Macapagal, Pasay;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Industry Type: Banking / Finance;

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree, Professional License, Engineering (Civil), Geodetic or equivalent;
