Our company is looking for a Digital Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs;
  • Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics;
  • Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points;
  • Continually maintain awareness of customer behavior to maximize sales online;
  • Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
  • Ability to craft in execution to a high standard;
  • Meeting the creative directors, clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
  • Implement brand and communication strategy through design;
  • Presenting finalised ideas and concepts;
  • Brand and CI custodian / gatekeeper;
  • Thorough understanding of digital communications;
  • Work with Creative Director to establish the art / design direction of all projects;
  • Interpreting client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
  • Working with a wide range of media, including raw video or photography using a variety of graphic design & animation software;
  • Amending, revising or redeveloping campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director or clients.

Requirements:

  • A cultural fit, but can actively bring something new to our culture that makes it even better;
  • MUST be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio including static, animated, and mobile work samples;
  • Adobe InDesign;
  • Diligent in ensuring output is always of great quality (across design, copy, etc.);
  • Efficiently delivers output in a timely manner, if not streamlining processes;
  • excellent presentation skills;
  • Industry Type: Media & Publishing;
  • Has outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for razor sharp design;
  • Able to create visual output that feels like a singular brand, but also able to easily create varied styles;
  • Possess at least Diploma in Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent;
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team environment;
  • Has a good appreciation of clean, simple, image rich, usable interfaces;
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, experience in advertising industry is an advantage;
  • A passion for ideas.
