Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors;
  • Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements;
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues;
  • Ensure the adherence to hotel brand standards at all times;
  • Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required;

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role;
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • 3-5 years in housekeeping;
  • Physical ability to use the standard cleaning tools (mop, broom etc.);
  • Has a keen eye on details, especially on proper cleanliness;
  • Flexible with working schedules;
  • Previous experience motivating and leading team members;
  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course;
  • Previous experience with a Hotel Property Management system such as OnQ PM is an advantage;
  • Minimum of 1 years working experience is required for this position;
  • Intermediate computer skills;
