Our company is looking for a Assistant Accounting Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliations and Financial Reporting;
  • accuracy and completeness of monthly reporting by preparing all accounting schedules;
  • involving in cash flow management;
  • Assisting/Overseeing Account Payable & Receivables;
  • submission of statutory report, monthly management report;
  • Assist in establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles;
  • Handle tax filing and submission in accordance with local tax law;
  • Assist in year -end audit;
  • Handle financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting;
  • preparing and compiling the corporate taxation;
  • Handle treasury and banking matter. Ensure sufficient cashflow;
  • preparing the internal and external audit analysis;
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (i.e. bankers, auditor, tax agents and company secretary);
  • Ensure internal controls are complied.

Requirements:

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge and experience in statutory filings and tax returns (SEC, BIR, PEZA, DOLE and payroll related reports);
  • High Awareness of Deadlines and Urgent Concerns – We don’t like being your personal secretary to remind you on things you need to finish;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Experience in general ledger, bank reconciliations, accounts reconciliations, and financial reporting;
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Oral & written communication;
  • Flexible and adaptable;
  • MBA degree is an advantage;
  • Experienced in external audit;
  • Resourceful;
  • Heart-warming sense of empathy in Addressing and Resolving Client Concerns;
  • Your clientele loves you and appreciates working with you;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Self-Motivated and Efficient Work Ethic – We don’t like managing people with the work ethics of a 4-year-old.
