Our company is looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development Manager in the qualification of prospects;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities;
  • Implement this strategy to meet annual business objectives;
  • Develop suitable commercial, negotiation and contract strategies for enterprise sales, channel management and volume orders;
  • developing the ongoing commercial strategy of the ANZ business;
  • ensuring appropriate pricing economics frameworks are put in place for Enterprise and SME customers;
  • working with senior management and sales teams to develop innovative commercial models to drive additional growth in Australasia;
  • Procurement;

  • Raw Material Warehouse;
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams in marketing, sales and customer service;
  • Development of financial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long term;
  • Finished Goods Stores;
  • Develop commercial strategies to achieve commercial targets regarding qualitative aspects;
  • provide commercial insights to the business through analytics and market research as required (e.g. market, customer, competitive).

Requirements:

  • Foodservice knowledge, experience and working relationships;
  • Working in a matrix structure;
  • Completed articles;
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is essential;
  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience on commercial management, financial analysis and business processes, reporting and documenting;
  • Experience in delivering timeous and accurate management information in a challenging and dynamic commercial environment;
  • Strong work ethic, and good moral judgment;
  • Ability to effectively solve problems, make decisions and take action, exercising solid independent judgment;
  • Previous experience of drafting, analysing and modifying terms and conditions of sale or purchase of enterprise platforms;
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise field for platforms role;
  • Strong strategic thinking and presentation capabilities;
  • Ability to negotiate;
  • A relevant Bachelor’s Degree is required;
  • Excellent leadership skills with previous project and team management experience;
  • Good appreciation of IT Systems and implementation skills.
