Community Development Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Community Development Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all tours for potential members, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails;
- Mail and Package responsibilities as needed;
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests/potential members;
- Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community;
- Identify issues for escalation to Community Manager and document accordingly;
- Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure the highest level of member experience;
- Greet and check-in member guests;
- Attend to member’s and guest’s questions or refer the inquirer to additional resources;
- Be actively involved with members of our community & spearhead events;
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome onboarding kits;
- Be the first and last point of contact for your building;
- Manage Member check-ins and check-outs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy;
- Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, able to bring solutions to the table;
- A highly energized individual that enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life;
- Proficient in basic computer skills;
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
