Our company is looking for a Community Development Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tours for potential members, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails;
  • Mail and Package responsibilities as needed;
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests/potential members;
  • Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community;
  • Identify issues for escalation to Community Manager and document accordingly;
  • Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure the highest level of member experience;
  • Greet and check-in member guests;
  • Attend to member’s and guest’s questions or refer the inquirer to additional resources;
  • Be actively involved with members of our community & spearhead events;
  • Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome onboarding kits;
  • Be the first and last point of contact for your building;
  • Manage Member check-ins and check-outs.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy;
  • Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, able to bring solutions to the table;
  • A highly energized individual that enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life;
  • Proficient in basic computer skills;
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
