Our company is looking for a Finance Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with external parties (such as banks, lawyers, consultants) on relevant matters representing the firm in a professional capacity;
  • Work closely with other parts of the Company (e.g. legal and upstream teams) in such matters;
  • Conduct high quality research into markets and companies;
  • Able to apply knowledge and experience in project and corporate finance to company activities and projects in these areas;
  • Builds and maintains excellent relationships with a range of external advisory firms and promotes oneself professionally in the UAE;
  • Build and maintain complex financial models (in excel and other appropriate software packages) to assist on-going projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills;
  • Financial Statement Analysis;
  • Report writing;
  • With a can-do and positive attitude towards work;
  • Must show familiarity with automated finance processes and procedures;
  • Financial Analysis;
  • Open to multicultural work environment;
  • Amenable to work on Saturdays;
  • Advance knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Budgeting;
  • Graduate of Accounting, Financial Management, Internal Auditing;
  • College graduate in Business Administration/Accounting.
