Junior Product Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance product knowledge and skills of sales team;
- Develop and strengthen relationships with HCPs and HCOs;
- Develop marketing and sales plan for new and existing products;
- Plan and execute marketing, promotional, and educational activities.
Requirements:
- Organizational and leadership abilities;
- Must be competent in Marketing Strategic Planning, Marketing Execution and Communication, and in Product Knowledge/Industry Acumen;
- Problem-solving aptitude;
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in Product Management in Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices;
- Competent in harnessing data analytics and consumer highlights;
- Must have good presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
- Creative thinking skills;
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Degree an Advantage;
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, preferably in the broad Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry.
