Our company is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team including internal project employees, professional consultants and contractors;
  • Participate in internal training, communication, planning and update meeting;
  • Release (sign) GADs, BQs and statistical calculations, assembly and fabrication drawings before these documents leave the Engineering Department;
  • Monitor progress and manage stakeholder expectations;
  • Scopes engagements/projects;
  • Assist employees in managing their project time and ensure the optimal scheduling or employee time;
  • Perform additional duties and other tasks as may be assigned by the Project Director and the Management Team;
  • May perform other duties as necessary or assigned;
  • Monitors test cards requests and deliveries;
  • Coordinate with the assistant on site ensuring that all permits required for deliveries are settled;
  • Documentation / analysis of internal / external information flows and requirements in diverse operating areas;
  • Management of associate project managers to enhance skill sets;
  • Motivate employees to work efficiently and effectively to deliver results;
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Works with the support of the company’s HR and Service Delivery departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in project management;
  • People management;
  • Experience working in an agile framework;
  • Can manage a big team and strong leadership skills;
  • One (1) year of experience in managing project team;
  • Cost Estimating Software;
  • College graduate in the fields of Business with Computer related course or IT Management course;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Has a sense of product ownership;
  • Customer service skills – can respond effectively to inquiries or complaints, can apply effective interpersonal skills;
  • Sells client engagements;
  • Possesses or working towards obtaining a Project Management Professional Certification;
  • Extensive automotive experience;
  • Possess at least 2 years experience practicing relevant skills;
  • PMP preferable, not mandatory.
