Our company is looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks;
  • Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs;
  • Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants;
  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project;
  • Conduct phone screen conversations with candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers;
  • At the direction of the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, provide recruitment support to other EMEA and/or global offices when necessary;
  • Computer literate (MS Office Packages);
  • Working on multiple vacancies simultaneously and managing them through their full life-cycle;
  • Responsible for hires at all levels, including Corporate positions, Consultants and Managers;
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen;
  • Responsible for helping with the coordination of campus recruitment efforts;
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver high level of service at all times;
  • Prepare deliverables;
  • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans);
  • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of interpreting job specifications;
  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience;
  • Grade 12 (Matric);
  • Good Comunication Skills;
  • Willing to work in Makati;
  • Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate;
  • Previous experience of running recruitment campaigns and events across multiple locations;
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure;
  • At least 2 years of prior recruiting experience is required;
  • Prior experience in eCommerce is an advantage;
  • Willing to work on a fixed night shift Schedule;
  • Passionate and dedicated recruiter who enjoys working in a challenging environment;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Recruitment experience;
  • Superior organization skills.
