Supply Personnel Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Supply Personnel to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Forwards purchase orders and attachments for checking;
- Receives delivered office supplies from supplier and coordinates with receiving personnel to: Check attached documents in delivery and;
- Arrange supplies in stock room;
- Visits suppliers for pickup items;
- Prepares/seals computer equipments & office supplies for shipping;
- Log and records received documents;
- Assists releasing personnel in shipping computer equipments & office supplies branches via bus stations.
Requirements:
- The candidate must possess a degree in any field;
- Working experience specializing in clerical/administrative support is an advantage but not a requirement;
- He/she must be professional and works with the highest degree of integrity;
- He/she must be proficient in computer applications;
- Must have good communication skills;
- He/she must establish priorities, work independently and proceeds with objectives with minimum supervision;
- He/she must have the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information;
- He/she must be persuasive with details and facts.
