Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and make contact with potential candidates;
  • Manage the advertising of job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally;
  • Designs and update job description s;
  • Assist the Balfour HR team with adhoc requirements when required;
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications, and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates for the role;
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or recruiting is advantageous;
  • Proficient in Google Suite is advantageous (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, etc.);
  • Minimum 3-year Bachelor degree in relevant field.
