Our company is looking for a Technical Services Consultant to join our team.


  • Manage and ensure documentation of assigned incidents, including internal and external communications;
  • Perform efficient incident management while maintaining support quotas;
  • Analyze, develop, and improve internal processes;
  • Maintain strong adherence to Service Level Agreements;
  • Learn, understand, maintain and contribute to internal support processes;
  • Provide telephone and email support to internal and external customers;
  • Understand and assess customer-reported issues to determine prioritization;
  • Participate in special projects, as assigned.


  • 2 to 3 years’ experience delivering solution support or solution implementation;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, research skills and resourcefulness;
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Ability to work with a globally distributed team with minimum direct supervision;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
