Our company is looking for a hr staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with performance management processes and benefits administration;
  • Other relevant tasks that may be assigned;
  • Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs;
  • Provide support and act as contact to any internal and external HR-related inquiries;
  • Verifies candidates’ backgrounds by contacting references;
  • Facilitate and help in coordination of company events;
  • Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to appropriate people;
  • Responsible for managing client account in accordance with Management’s as well as Client’s directives and performance standards;
  • He/She shall supervise and monitor all SMSI employees;
  • Informing the agency the new manpower requirements;
  • Assisting in the Orientation and Familiarization of the new employees;
  • Reporting any Employee Incident to the SMSI’s HR Officer; Responsible in reporting leave forms and other inquiries;
  • Double checking and doing the summary of DTRs on time for all the deployed workers in her jurisdiction.

Requirements:

  • Research skills;
  • Administrative Writing Skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Knowledge of human resource systems and databases;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • In-depth knowledge in HR best practices;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • At least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Can work well with a team;
  • Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s / college degree in human resource management, or equivalent;
  • Resourceful, patient and organized;
  • Knowledgeable with DOLE requirements;
  • People oriented and results driven;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Detail oriented.
