Our company is looking for a Waiter/ess to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation;
  • Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manor;
  • Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction with licensing/liquor regulations for residents and non-residents;
  • Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations;
  • Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner;
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and all products;
  • Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues;
  • Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Have customer service at the heart of everything you do;
  • Fluent English speaking, reading & writing;
  • Willing to commit to a 4 month contract at sea, working 7 days per week;
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple situations at the same time;
  • Great attitude, willingness to learn and good presentation;
  • Requires knowledge of all aspects of good quality restaurant service;
  • Must be able and willing to meet Seabourn’s highly reputable standards of services, including learning guests names;
  • Excellent grooming standards;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Ability to work on your own or in teams;
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
