Our company is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Closure of service activities on Microsoft CRM and submission of accurate andcomplete job cards as and when attended to.Daily;
- Responsible for doing vehicle stock-takes;
- Complete annual stock takes;
- Complete Service Reports and Service book quotes;
- Ensure bakkie stock levels are 100% accurate;
- Responsible for doing quotations/services on all machines;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Completing of all paperwork relating to service department systems;
- Responsible for booking machines into the Workshop;
- Ensure all quotes are correct.
Requirements:
- Installation and removal of Aristocrat gaming product;
- Performing with respect to our contracted assignment and customer expectations;
- Investigating and resolving problems including complex system faults, and performing repair work as required;
- Parts recording and returns;
- Ensures all activities meet company, TGC and legislative compliance and regulatory requirements;
- Providing technical and product information to customers to increase their understanding;
- Ensuring electronic job system and paperwork is completed real time / on time and with 100% accuracy.
