Our company is looking for a Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all Client queries (revision/renewals, rate negotiations with insurers, amendments, cancellations, unpaid premiums);
  • To prepare Bank reconciliation;
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs;
  • You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads;
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas;
  • Implement secondary business attraction strategies in assistance to the Sales and Accounts Team (for example: generating client lead lists);
  • Project manages campaigns and projects from the preliminary stages until its implementation including post-evaluation;
  • To ensure correct ledger entered for all transaction;
  • Ability to generate creative solutions, be resourceful and innovative in problem solving and negotiate with ease;
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data;
  • Report and monitor the projects progress reports and keep the client informed and aligned on agency activities;
  • Meet the set monthly and yearly quota;
  • Checking on driver allowance & etc;
  • Build, maintain and retain corporate relationships with business entities to improve profits;
  • To coordinate daily dispatch work arrangement.

Requirements:

  • Communication skills;
  • Accustomed to working with monthly sales quotas and can handle pressure;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both in written and oral English and Filipino;
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent;
  • Possessing accounting knowledge / experience are added advantage;
  • 1-4 Yrs of working experience in publishing, Employees specializing in Sales – Corporate, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent;
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent;
  • 4 Full-Time position(s) available;
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Manila;
  • Possesses excellent project management and communication skills;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Minimum 2 -3 years’ working experience;
  • Having knowledge of 5S, Kaizen is an added advantage.
