Our company is looking for a Area Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support through frequent visits to project sites;
  • Ensure that DRC Dynamics(ERP) system is fully used in the area office used in managing Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Grant Management;
  • Writing deals;
  • Provide direct management of senior program and support staff; provide overview management for the entire Kakuma team;
  • Being in charge of the office;
  • Looking for deals;
  • Marketing, presenting and building networks;
  • Ensure both commercial & retail customers are provided with an excellent standard of service;
  • Development & management of area call cycles, based on each customers’ existing or potential business;
  • Ensuring stock levels & stocking guidelines are adhered to;
  • Liaising with architects, designers and other key specialists in the building/trade sectors;
  • Responsibility for workplace safety, providing leadership and management of the ColourShop in conjunction with the Shop Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience is required for this position;
  • Marketing Degree (Advantageous);
  • Able to determine and analyze problems, identify best solutions and take actions promptly;
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
  • Conduct store visit and ensure stores and retail stores are well presented in the company’s standards;
  • Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer;
  • Has a relevant background in the food industry;
  • Communication skills;
  • Graduate of any 4year course;
  • organizing and planning;
  • Monitor sales performance for the retail operations and ensure sales targets are achieved;
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Customer Service;
  • Computer Literacy in MS Office;
  • Has at least 5 years working experience in a managerial position.
