Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our team.


  • Stay on top of the performance of key campaigns and optimise where necessary;
  • Attend industry events and continuously increase contact network;
  • Liaise with finance team to ensure invoices are accurate;
  • Conduct new client training sessions;
  • Work closely with operational team to ensure campaigns are implemented and up and running in a timely manner;
  • Continuously stay up to date with market trends;
  • Deal professionally and effectively with any complaints/issues that may arise from clients;
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling existing clients;
  • Compile quarterly reports and present to clients during quarterly follow-up meetings;
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact (meetings, email and phone);
  • Keep a log of account management consulting hours to be invoiced each month.


  • Proficiency in computer software campaigns, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • In-depth understanding of digital media (paid media, search, social media, affiliate, mobile etc);
  • The ability to create and maintain relationships with customers;
  • Ability to identify, work towards and achieve targets;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Afrikaans);
  • Matric;
  • Co-operative, positive can-do attitude;
  • Strong analytical capabilities;
  • Attention to detail, good organisational skills;
  • Tertiary qualification (in marketing sector an advantage);
  • Knowledge of technology, digital media, online advertising and marketing principles;
  • Very good interpersonal skills – ability to network, confident and outgoing;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Must have structured and run FaceBook campaigns and/or Google Ads campaigns.
