Responsibilities:

  • Appropriately challenges and re-frames customer business problems to align with our CLM solutions, keeping us as the top preferred vendor solution;
  • Delivers insightful and persuasive presentations that articulate the value of the Icertis platform and mobilizes audience to take action;
  • Regularly updates Salesforce with pertinent deal information. • Pursues and cultivates leads to generate new opportunities;
  • Develops a network of deal stakeholders to assist in identifying and persuading economic, technical or user buying influencers;
  • Clarifies the financial and strategic benefits provided by Icertis solutions;
  • Regularly assess assigned territory and effectively develop and manage a strategy to maximize selling results;
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of the customers’ needs during conversations with economic influencers;
  • Directs the customer interfacing relationship with C-level contacts, crafting the proposal, pricing and negotiating the deal to completion;
  • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to expand the sales pipeline;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers;
  • Driving enterprise sales process from introduction to close;
  • Effectively and accurately managing sales pipeline in Salesforce to facilitate teamwork and management reporting;
  • Establishing and achieving new business revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of overall experience with at least 10 years of strong and relevant enterprise sales selling experience in ERP/CRM/CLM/ Procurement space;
  • Ability to understand customer and industry business drivers and how that applies to the management of sales opportunities;
  • Proven track record of enterprise selling in MEA;
  • Track record of exceeding quota year over year for large enterprise software solutions;
  • Experience in closing large enterprise software sales opportunities;
  • Ability to deliver clear, accurate and concise written and oral communications;
  • Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in early-stage start-up or fast-paced environments preferred;
  • Enthusiasm and professionalism that is well-presented over the phone and in-person;
  • Excellent communication skills (presentations, written and verbal);
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and familiar with the national landscape of the Philippines;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of SaaS/B2B software sales experience;
  • Ability to travel as much needed;
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, i.e. Salesforce;
  • Deep knowledge of the asset management industry and mutual fund distribution.
