Game Operations Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Game Operations Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule game expansion, patches, in-game events;
- Communicate and collaborate with the game developer, regional team, local marketing team, IT and R&D with all game related issues;
- Compile game statistics and reports;
- Test game and handle issues submitted by customer service or community;
- Facilitate game server issues and API or SDK integration;
- Work with minimal supervision while managing schedules with given priorities;
- Documentation of game product;
- Monitor and analyze workflow and provide an optimal decision for efficiency.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the Chinese & English language IS A MUST;
- Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply;
- Communicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal) with clients;
- Passion for playing online games in PC and Mobile Devices;
- Applicant must be willing to work in Selangor, Malaysia;
- Working experience in game industry is an advantage;
- Ability to manage a high workload of concurrent tasks and projects in a high-intensity environment;
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma.
