Our company is looking for a Head Of Hr to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the Learning and Development plan and manage internal/external Learning and Development;
- Ensure awareness of LRA, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and all other labor legislation;
- Develop and execute initiatives to further improve the company’s staff diversity;
- Represent the company at the CCMA;
- Address Industrial Relations matters knowledgeably and effectively;
- Innovative problem-solving;
- Experience in the Asset Management or Financial Services environment is key;
- Strong organizational, influencing and leadership skills;
- Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and to provide useful and strategic advice to the Senior Executive team;
- Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, especially in the People domain;
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Senior HR Generalist or Head of HR;
- Composed and resilient under pressure;
- Accurate and detail orientated;
- Highly organized with a high level of customer focus;
- Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with all people.
Requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree and/or Degree in Human Resources Management;
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Senior HR Generalist or Head of HR;
- Experience in the Asset Management or Financial Services environment is key.
