Hospitality Operations Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support company culture by driving and demonstrating the company’s values, vision and mission;
- Oversee achievement of BSC measurements with regard to customers, profits, sales and people;
- Ensure successful implementation of the company’s policies and procedures (code of conduct, ethics etc.) at all levels;
- Create and oversee implementation of the budget within the margins of the Balance score card (BSC) in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders;
- Authorise action plans prepared by Area Managers’ and ensure correct implementation and follow- up;
- Coach and support the Area Managers with implementation of the development plan. Review plan if necessary and follow up at specified intervals;
- Develop and manage career plan for Area Managers;
- Create and oversee implementation of the operational business plan of the company collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Financial acumen – Understand and interpret financial information;
- 5 years Multi Store (+5 stores) experience – Fast Food;
- Competency assessment scores as determined by Franchisee;
- Business related tertiary qualification (3 years qualification);
- Computer skills – MS Office and POS (point of sale) experience.
