Our company is looking for a Interior Design Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for design management for Interior Design and Environmental Graphic Design (EGD);
- Provide in-house interior design for small to medium scale interior design projects of the company;
- Ensure interior design conforms with budget;
- Provide a thorough review of plans, site inspections and preparation of reports for the findings;
- Responsible for technical coordination during planning and construction;
- Selection of appropriate materials for the project.
Requirements:
- Experience and vision of how to build a better team structure internally;
- Proven creative background;
- You must have a minimum of 10 years experience;
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Interior Design or Architecture;
- Experience in Managing a team;
- Minimum 10 years experience;
- Must have at least 10-year experience working experience in a related;
- Have good knowledge of all high-end interior suppliers in UAE;
- Strong taste in luxury, timeless and cost-effective interior design;
- Retail and F&B experience;
- Specializing with Interior Design for Condo Lobbies and Amenities, Condominium Units and Sales Showroom Model Units;
- Highly creative with excellent presentation skills;
- Have client facing experienced;
- Bachelors in Interior Design;
- Previous experience working on high-end residential, hospitality and mixed use projects.
