Management Trainee Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Management Trainee to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizes with systems and processes appertaining to sales, marketing and plant operations;
- Coordinates with HR and Manpower Providers regarding crew work schedules and assignments;
- Conducts inventory and monitoring of stocks and supplies of the outlets/stores;
- Supervise and monitor the activities and performance of outlet crew;
- Supervise and manage day-to-day rotisserie operations;
- Overall in charge of outlet opening activities;
- Marketing programs for promotional campaigns & new product launches,monitoring, controlling & measurement.
Requirements:
- Male/Female;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Willing to do fieldwork;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Writing;
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent;
- Willing to be assigned within Metro Manila;
- Outstanding assessment results in Kalibrr;
- Communication skills;
- At least 1 year work experience in retail industry or any related field. Fresh graduates may still apply;
