Our company is looking for a Management Trainee to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizes with systems and processes appertaining to sales, marketing and plant operations;
  • Coordinates with HR and Manpower Providers regarding crew work schedules and assignments;
  • Conducts inventory and monitoring of stocks and supplies of the outlets/stores;
  • Supervise and monitor the activities and performance of outlet crew;
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day rotisserie operations;
  • Overall in charge of outlet opening activities;
  • Marketing programs for promotional campaigns & new product launches,monitoring, controlling & measurement.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Willing to do fieldwork;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Writing;
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent;
  • Willing to be assigned within Metro Manila;
  • Outstanding assessment results in Kalibrr;
  • Communication skills;
  • At least 1 year work experience in retail industry or any related field. Fresh graduates may still apply;
