Our company is looking for a National Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Train, develop and ensure Business Development staff meet their potential;
  • Analyze trends and results, monitor competition, supply and demand;
  • Recruit and develop new business builders and IBO leaders to expand the Philippine business and accelerate sales growth;
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities;
  • Provide feedback from the field and submit market intelligence reports to the management in a consistent and timely manner for further improvement;
  • Oversee and lead leadership development training and initiatives;
  • Develop and implement effective sales, recruitment and IBO development strategies;
  • Actively participate in discussions with the Country Manager and Regional Director to communicate updates from the field;
  • Take the lead in communicating with business builders on vital business information as well as updating distributors with new company developments;
  • Recommend robust strategies to increase market penetration, grow new leaders, increase distributors and the customer base;
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends to increase sales;
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for IBO connections such as coaching and mentoring calls, one-on-one meetings or team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree from a college or university;
  • Ability to leverage relationships to drive results in sales, leadership capabilities and collaboration;
  • Great team player and mentor to staff;
  • Must be a very hands-on individual with a deep level of commitment to make a positive impact and achieving the company’s goals;
  • Great workshop planner, trainer, personal coach and advisor;
  • Proven track record of managing sales personnel and front-line staff;
  • Ability to develop lasting relationships with the field and internally;
  • Impeccable integrity and value system;
  • Great speaker and can react to ad hoc meetings and training;
  • Strong understanding of the direct selling industry and compensation plans;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written;
  • MBA or other masters degree in a relevant area is a bonus.
