Our company is looking for a Project Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Project Manager;
- Fully responsible for the sales related activities and its deliver at office and on site;
- Responsible for the implementation of sales and marketing strategies;
- Responsible for achieving allocated sales target;
- Submit monthly report to the management.
Requirements:
- Negotiation;
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Marketing, Management, Engineering or any related course;
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
- Ability to work under pressure and strong sense of commitment;
- At least 2 – 5 years of selling experience in the same industry;
- Preferably with sales experience in the construction industry;
- Willing to do field work;
- Minimum tertiary/diploma qualifications;
- Willing to travel and posses own transport;
- Computer Literate;
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in sales & marketing services;
- Customer Service;
- With knowledge in handling developers and contractors, and key accounts.
