Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Our company is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels;
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the Sales team;
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines;
  • Research competitors, including marketing strategies and pricing philosophy;
  • Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients;
  • Check and / or create quotes / proposals / presentations;
  • Collect Sales based on 100% sales invoice (SI) amount and approved Trading Terms;
  • Responsible for managing and addressing customer complaints by coordinating with the proper NDCI support group;
  • Provide sales and product training to distributor partners;
  • Build good working relationships with your peers and across the wider company matrix organization;
  • Oversee the saturation, prospecting, presenting, and closing of potential clients;
  • Manage a dynamic team of sales excutives;
  • On-going training of sales people;
  • Assist in providing appropriate training, education and performance monitoring for sales team;
  • Ensure data analysis of quality Bad Orders (BO) and its proper documentation undertaken in the plant level.

Requirements:

  • Communication skills;
  • 5-8 years’ experience in a Sales management preferably in a manufacturing, mechanical or mineral process equipment environment;
  • Male/Female;
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales;
  • Embody “we-before-me” mindset;
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Solid knowledge and experience in corporate processes, protocols and procedures;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Professional knowledge background in bio-medical engineering, Patient Monitoring & Life Support (PMLS) background;
  • BPO;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or any other related filed;
  • Good network of clients;
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience on the same field;
  • Specialization: Sales / Marketing.
