Senior Account Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Staff claims processing and payment;
- Handle full set accounts;
- Preparation of analysis report;
- AR and AP invoices processing and payment;
- This will include growing the territory/account base to attain financial objectives;
- Balance confirmation and reconciliation with suppliers;
- Trade and Non-Trade reconciliation and settlements between inter-companies;
- Understanding customers’ business and solution requirements;
- Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account;
- Territory/account management, including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources;
- Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Gain share of wallet/spend in client Solutions and Enterprise Solutions;
- Capturing of invoices in Oracle system in timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Advanced MS Excel skills;
- Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment;
- Extensive experience in a relationship selling role where you were recognised as a top performer;
- Junior Executive experience specializing in Marketing/ Business Development is an advantage;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Good command in documentation and project management;
- Ability to work independently;
- Good communication and analytical skills;
- Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor’s degree;
- Highly developed planning and organisation skills;
- Driven by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and can demonstrate a track record in this area;
- 75% of the time spent outside of the office for client presentation and visit;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies or equivalent;
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and proficient in working with CIO and next 2 levels down.
