Our company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve operational performance through continuous evaluation and analysis of the performance of the different support functions;
  • Maintain an open line of communication between clients, upper management and employees through the use of effective communication mediums;
  • Responsible for interfacing with clients and ensuring delivery of contractual obligations of the organization to its clients;
  • This SOM should be willing work 40 hours and can adapt an on-call status especially during UK evenings and weekends;
  • Guarantee that statistical reports are prepared/maintained and adhere to deadlines;
  • Perform other duties as assigned;
  • All support levels will be reporting to this Senior Operations Manager (SOM);
  • Oversee proper budget allocation, disbursement and liquidation for the needs of the program.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in the Freight/Logistics industries;
  • Must have experience with port operations in KZN;
  • A strong financial understanding is essential;
  • Bachelors degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management;
  • Previous experience in establishing and managing contact centre teams located in multiple sites / facilities;
  • Background in Philippine Labor Laws / HR governing policies is a plus;
  • Graduate of any Bachelor Degree preferably any business related course;
  • Able to work on a flexible schedule as necessary;
  • With a minimum of 10 years hands-on relevant experience in contact centre team management and client management;
  • Hold a valid, unrestricted passport and be able to travel to Australia (at least x1/year for a minimum of 2 weeks’ stay);
  • Evidence of formal management / leadership development;
  • Previous experience in a BPO/offshoring company dealing with Australian customers is an advantage;
  • Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Service Cloud Lightning;
  • Strong connection and alignment to the Client’s culture and values;
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
