Our company is looking for a Team Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations;
  • Planning;
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures;
  • Follow up customer calls when necessary;
  • Monitor risk within the team, department and system and liaise with relevant parties to manage, decrease and or remove these risks;
  • Migrating data to and from Flat File, DB, Spreadsheets;
  • Manage Databases, Tables where required, MSSQL, MySql;
  • Manage correctness of processing/recording/reporting within a team;
  • Training & Standard Time Adherence;
  • Validate Reservations through a web or by calling hotels;
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement;
  • Inventory management;
  • Provide customers with product and service information;
  • Perform analysis and support for production related issues;
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a barista is a plus;
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines on a continual basis;
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills both spoken & written;
  • Customer Service, Time Management, Interpersonal skill and People Management;
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas Center;
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays;
  • Excellent problem solving and resource management skills;
  • Good verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • BPO/Call Centers, Recruitment/Headhunter Firms, Sales/Insurance Firms, Advertising Firms, etc;
  • Excellent management skills;
  • Candidate must be open to working on a fixed Night Shift schedule and willing to be assigned in Ayala, Makati;
  • Responsible in monitoring and coaching team members;
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English;
  • Master’s degree in health-related discipline; MD preferred.
