Our company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for EUC product usage across organisational functions and processes;
  • Leads troubleshooting for various technical issues that may arise with demand partners while championing the platform capabilities;
  • Works with teams to monitor, tracks, and delivers programmatic executions, including assessing performance and optimizing accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Maintain current knowledge of the entire VMware EUC portfolio;
  • Proven experience in an Enterprise environment with a strong understanding of corporate and public sector customer support needs;
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate preferred;
  • Excellent analytical skills & problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems;
  • Consistently demonstrates strong organizational, project/program management, change management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Be a confident leader, able to orchestrate across multiple groups to ensure customers outcomes are met;
  • Enterprise desktop management experience (Windows/Linux);
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across Singapore or APJ regions;
  • Flexible, a team player, strong collaborator;
  • 5 years in enterprise software customer support and/or IT related support;
  • Active Directory;
  • Eager and fast to learn new technologies;
  • Ability to understand and analyse customer technical needs;
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong dedication to customer care;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident in person and by telephone with large teams and audiences.
