Our company is looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet the KPIs set by the management;
  • Resolving sales issues quickly and efficiently;
  • Attend to other ad-hoc duties when required;
  • Problem solve and provide information about our products and services;
  • Maintain a positive working environment and be a team player;
  • To complete customer list given and ensure conversion and success rates are met;
  • Build relationships and cross sell featured products;
  • To achieve given daily and monthly targets;
  • To follow up with customers when necessary;
  • Ensure all outbound calls are attended to in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Outbound calls to prospects with confirmed request.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English;
  • At least 1-year experience in sales, telesales or telemarketing role;
  • Indians, pakistanis, bangladeshis and srilankans apply only;
  • Experience in Telesales for software companies is advantageous;
  • Preferable Junior positions;
  • Has a sales driven personality;
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City;
  • Visit visa with minimum validity of 2 months, visa will be provided to the right candidates;
  • Able to work within tight deadlines and multi-task efficiently;
  • Able to communicate and write in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. (No need to be perfect but confident is a must);
  • Minimum one-year experience in telesales and cold calling in a B2B environment;
  • Must be an excellent team player;
  • Outstanding phone etiquette;
  • English (spoken and comprehension) is a MUST;
  • Talkative and good communication skills are preferred.
