Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time;
  • Problem-solver: To be able to find creative online campaigns to move User and Driver Acquisition numbers;
  • Data Driven: To utilize existing data on hand to make informed decisions;
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience;
  • Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture;
  • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics;
  • Implement strategy by placing and timing content in the best possible positions;
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. websites, blogs, press releases and podcasts);
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness;
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels;
  • Analyze active digital campaigns to determine their effectiveness;
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy;
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, etc.) to help in future marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Facebook Ads;
  • 1-2 years work experience in digital marketing;
  • Experience in using AppFolio and Rently is a plus;
  • Experience with using digital marketing apps for social media, SEO and email marketing e.g. MailChimp, HootSuite, Facebook, YouTube, Google Analytics;
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar role;
  • Experience in building and executing digital strategy;
  • Must have crisp English writing skills;
  • Knowing the basics of marketing;
  • Communication skills;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Communications / Marketing;
  • Should have experience in managing successful social media campaigns, and solid understanding of social media marketing;
  • Must know SEO (and willing to learn more and be trained);
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • At least 1 year of related working experience;
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
