Accounts Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Accounts Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties; meeting clients and answering calls;
- Generally ensuring the office is running smoothly;
- Provide support and assistance to site staff with general enquiries;
- Assisting with finalizing invoices and accounts administration;
- Office administration, such as scanning, filing, and dealing with stationery and office supplies;
- Assisting with organizing meetings and other events and special occasions;
- Supporting the accountants with processing, including payroll and GST;
- Support the month end reporting process; review variances and reconcile accounts.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets);
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management;
- Must be a perfectionist by nature, with no tolerance for financial sloppiness; highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
