Our company is looking for a accounts executive / assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to perform admin support function and account activities;
  • Handaling account payable and account receivable;
  • Manage cash flow and monthly bank reconciliation;
  • To perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignment as and when required by superior;
  • Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company’s financial.

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin;
  • Must be able to speak and read Mandarin;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / SPM or equivalent;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent;
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, SAP B1 and UBS;
  • Possessing accounting knowledge / experience are added advantage;
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya, Johor , Malaysia;
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
