Our company is looking for a Administrative Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, maintaining, communicating and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and best practices with respect to various business processes;
  • Able to work independently and fast learner;
  • Issues Purchase Order, track order and ensure timely delivery;
  • Preparing office budget and expense reports;
  • Scheduling events as well as arranging travel and accommodations when required;
  • Support office administration activity;
  • Overseeing all aspects of administration for the Company;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties by superior;
  • Liaise with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase order;
  • To assist daily filling, data entry and maintain all data up to date;
  • Monitor stock levels & update stock card;
  • Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.

Requirements:

  • With a very upbeat personality and can work well with others;
  • Data Encoding / Data Entry;
  • Posses at least SPM or Diploma in any field;
  • Training will be provided;
  • Inventory Control;
  • Proficent in the use of different MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.);
  • Very well-organized and is capable of working on multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Telephone skills;
  • Required language(s): Mandarin/Cantonese, English, Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Customer Service;
  • Prior working experience using UBS preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills (in both oral and written form);
  • Clerical Skills;
  • Very meticulous with his/her work, excellent attention to details;
  • Candidates who are also registered nurses/nursing graduates will also be considered for the role.
