Our company is looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting contracts for employee movements;
  • Identify the pertinent product specifications and characteristic based on the information available in the website,
  • Organize the collected product information, along with regular updates and highlights on new products and innovations;
  • Primarily responsible for document management. This includes: Processing of new hires’ pre-employment requirements;
  • Preparing job offer sheets;
  • Check and review key products of a company based on the company’s website,

Requirements:

  • Must be open to six-month project engagement/status (subject to renewal);
  • Must be willing to work long hours, including Saturdays as necessary;
  • Must have a high tolerance for stress and ambiguity;
  • Has good oral and written communication skills (English and Filipino);
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
