Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with key stakeholders;
- Accurately document and update records and databases in accordance with prescribed formats and required systems;
- Pricing and quotes;
- Maintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset or escalated calls;
- Performs and manages other duties as assigned;
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement;
- Verifies and updates customer information, responds to queries and resolves issues;
- Knowledge of company processes such as case handling, touch-back, follow-through, escalation and troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows Word, Windows Excel), search engines and social media sites;
- Ability to diagnose simple to complex technical problems and know how to find support and assistance;
- Ability to create, move, download, upload, organize files and folder on a computer and on network drives and cloud;
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
- Provides comprehensive and professional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Knowledge of customer related processes on key digital channels such as SNS, Email, SMS, Chat;
- Handle inquiries from HappyFresh shoppers and riders.
Requirements:
- Must be detail-oriented;
- Basic Computer Skills;
- At least high school Graduate;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Good English communications;
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends;
- undergrad/highschool grad/vocational grad are welcome to apply;
- At least high school diploma;
- Takes pride in their appearance;

- Able to work on cyclical shifts, holidays and fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with ABS-CBN artists, shows, films, and competitor’s programs preferred;
