Our company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Making equipment deliveries;
  • Servicing equipment to make sure it’s kept in top condition;
  • Providing advice to our customers about our equipment (which we will train you in).

Requirements:

  • Candidate with A experience in Cilo (App) is preferred;
  • Must be knowledgeable in Data Entry or Customer Service;
  • Must be proficient in English;
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail;

  • Attention to detail;
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Customer Service specialization or equivalent;
  • With at least 2 years of experience;
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the logistics / freight forwarding industry;
  • Communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Possesses good communication skills; both verbal and written;
  • At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • A graduate of any 4 year related course.
