Documentation Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Documentation Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in setting a systematic way of filing and safekeeping of original collateral documents;
- Co-responsible in handling and safekeeping of loan folders of a particular loan product;
- Management and maintenance of collateral under the custody of the bank;
- Responsible in monitoring release on borrowed original collateral;
- Ensures the completeness of the inventory of collateral versus the generated loan portfolio in the system;
- Ensures completeness of release document requirements before actual release of collateral in cases of full payment, take out etc;
- Set systematic way of monitoring loans;
- Ensures that turn-over loan folders are complete and in order based on the guidelines set by the bank;
- Ensures the completeness of details of collateral being stored inside the vault.
Requirements:
- Clerical Skills;
- Willing to work in Makati area;
- Communication skills;
- Candidate must possess aBachelor’s/College Degree in Econimics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Good in both written and oral communications;
- Computer Literacy / Basic Computer Skills;
- Problem Solving;
- Can speak and write in English well;
- Familiar Customs processes;
- Time Management;
- Experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding industry is an advantage but fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Record keeping;
