Our company is looking for a Executive Personal Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Admin & Support : Filing (electronic and physical) including secretarial files, IT troubleshooting, Kitchen and office supplies, suppo;
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and circulating correspondence;
  • Drafting correspondence, arranging meetings on Directors’ behalf;
  • Reading, monitoring and responding to Directors’ emails;
  • Liaising with clients;
  • Personal and professional diary management and logistics (flights, cars, meetings etc.);
  • Provide a professional executive and personal assistance to the Directors, including handling personal matters discretely and confidentially;
  • HR Assistance Contracts, leave schedules;
  • Reception : welcoming guests, managing switchboard (<10% of the role).

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree;
  • 5-10+ years’ experience as a PA;
  • English (1 st language);
  • Must have University Degree Qualification with transcripts;
  • Matric with Maths and Science is Essential.
