Fixed Asset Custodian Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Fixed Asset Custodian to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Physically issues items to end-users;
- Monitors proper classification of items and report violation of end users;
- Facilitates disposal activities;
- Performs Goods Receipt and Goods Issuance using SAP;
- Recording and monitoring of employee and group asset accountability of ABS-CBN and subsidiary personnel;
- Responsible for physical receipt, inspection and issuance of wardrobe, props and sets;
- Physically inspects deliveries and ensures that quality and specifications are correct;
- Participates in inventory counts and assists in asset physical counts;
- Properly maintains inventory stock-levels.
Requirements:
- With working knowledge of SAP;
- Knowledgeable in stock nomenclature, reports preparation and statistcs program;
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Stock/Asset Custodian;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Commerce or equivalent.
