Our company is looking for a Guest Care Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and responding to inquiries, complaints, special concerns and requests about the Georeserve experiences;
  • Coordinating with on-site team on guest details and needs for daily operation;
  • Operating the georeserve’s online reservation system;
  • Facilitating our payments process, computing fees and following up with guests;
  • Communicating to and servicing a diverse set of guests through different channels (mostly through e-mails, phone calls and mobile messages);
  • Monitoring end-to-end guest experience from reservation to post-visit.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English and Filipino language;
  • Firm with policies and rules of the organisation;
  • Willing to explore a variety of projects and tasks;
  • Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
  • Keen to learn more about environmental conservation or sustainable tourism;
  • Can handle both happy and difficult customers;
  • Superior interpersonal relations skills;
  • Adept with handling payments, numbers and details;
  • Strong empathy and service-orientation attitude;
  • Can work independently and confidently with minimal supervision.
