Our company is looking for a HR Data Management Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the master data focal point to enhance HR process automation;
  • Initiate comprehensive data audit to ensure accuracy and compliance with regional HR processes;
  • Drive productivity and accuracy across all processes;
  • Conduct quality checks, engagement sessions and document preparation in ensuring accurate submission of employee data;
  • Lead the full cycle development, integration and testing of HR master database for 10 countries globally;
  • Generate regional HR reports and charts in providing insights to the management team;
  • Ensure swift resolution of master data issues while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong people manager and has experiences in leading a team;
  • 7 years relevant experience in HR data management preferably in shared service;
  • Excellent experiences in HR ERP Systems.
