Our company is looking for a Office Staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Attends coordination meetings from time to time;
  • Communicate with customers/ suppliers;
  • Answer and direct telephone calls;
  • Prepares sales order, project order, and purchase request through company’s accounting system;
  • Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records;
  • Requests close out documents needed for every finished project;
  • Assist sales executives/sales engineers on clients’ request for quotations, proposal, and costing;
  • Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions;
  • Process validation of Supplier Invoices regarding their payments;
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible;
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing;
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases;
  • Managing filing system.Recording information as needed;
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands;
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate – proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook;
  • Selling;
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related course;
  • Can do multitask work;
  • Male/Female;
  • Willing to work in 189 Maria Clara St., 9th Ave., Grace Park, Caloocan City;
  • Full-Time position(s) available;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Keen to details, multi-tasking, Flexible;
  • Computer Literacy / Basic Computer Skills;
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Graduate of Business related course;
  • Communication skills;
  • ASSESSMENT WILL HAPPEN HERE IN OUR MAIN OFFICE: Penthouse, Henrys Building, Ortigas Ave., Greenhills, San Juan;
  • Graduate of (4) years Business or Secretarial course.
