Our company is looking for a Purchasing Staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all Procurement related work;
  • Responsible for documentation of all PO’s;
  • Does PO inventory and monitoring;
  • Do prize comparison report;
  • Look for possible suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and can work under pressure;
  • Multi-tasks and works under pressure under challenging constraints;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field;
  • With experience in procurement and supplier negotiation;
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel);
  • Preferably with experience on a similar industry or construction company;
  • 2-3 years experience in purchasing is required;
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts;
  • At least 1 year of work experience; preferably with Purchasing or Procurement.New graduate is accepted;
  • Full-Time position(s) available;
  • Graduate of any Engineering course or any 4 year Business Course;
  • Proficiency in CRM and inventory management software programs.
