Our company is looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for interviewing and endorsing quality candidates for different positions;
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs;
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process;
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
  • Responsible for doing callouts to potential hires to check compliance with pre-employment requirements and medical;
  • Screen resumes;
  • Administering appropriate company assessments;
  • Responsible for providing administrative support and helping facilitate the recruitment process;
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers;
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations;
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees;
  • Participate in any Sourcing initiative internal / external to increase pipeline and generate leads of prospects and applicants;
  • Follow-up on the interview process status;
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity;
  • Willingness to learn other HR Duties like Payroll and such.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female;
  • Good critical evaluation skills;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Can work under pressure and multi-task;
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc);
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho ATS, MS office applications, and online job portals;
  • For career shifters, at least 1 year work experience in Manpower agency/Recruitment Firm/Consulting Company;
  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • With at least 6 months experience as Recruitment / HR associate;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Attrition Analysis;
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
  • Business Analysis;
  • Excellent and creative sourcing skills in highly technical positions in Australian accounting industry.
